Job Description: ValueMags.com is an online magazine company that has been in business since 1999. We are a small, but fast-paced, and growing company that is seeking customer service representatives in the River North area to answer phones and help with customer service.

Skills:

*Excellent Communication skills
*Positive attitude
*Ability to navigate through the Internet and Microsoft Office
*Ability to follow instructions
*Must be resourceful
*Ability to multi-task
*Some knowledge of Photoshop is a plus

Responsibilities:

*Answer the telephone and answer customer questions
*Contact customers regarding their orders via telephone or email
*Listen to voicemail messages and respond to customers’ requests
*Research customer orders and resolve issues
*Execute projects delegated by Supervisors
*Data entry

This opportunity is a full time position and will include full paid health and dental insurance and a 401k.
